The consciousness, often referred to as the "hard problem" of science, remains largely unknown. Science has been able to explain many processes that occur in the brain, but understanding how subjective experiences arise from complex neural processes is still a challenge. While neuroscience and psychology have made significant strides in understanding the mechanisms that could give rise to consciousness, a comprehensive scientific explanation is not yet available. This ongoing debate includes questions about the nature of consciousness, its purpose, and whether it can ever be recreated or simulated in artificial systems. Therefore, to put it concisely, consciousness is currently not something science can fully explain.
